  • Lexie Lazear - Artistic Director

    Lexie (she/her) has been in love with story telling since she could talk. Starting as a performer in childhood, she eventually expanded into designing hair, makeup, and the occasional prop. Almost 10 years ago, she was approached to direct and she’s been pursuing directing since.

    Lexie believes in community theatre as a Third Space, and that everyone deserves accessible, affordable, exciting theater.

    Lexie hopes to build a space where everyone feels seen and valued, a space that sparks joy and starts conversations.

  • Issy Leustig - Managing Director

    Issy (she/they) is an artist and an educator who aims to help young theatre artists find their voice, bring awareness to the human condition, and explore new storytelling avenues. She is a collaborator who cares deeply for the individuals and texts that she works with and firmly believes that the best art is made when mental and physical wellness are put at the forefront.

    Her passions include increasing understanding and awareness of disability and mental illness, increasing consent and wellness-based strategies in the rehearsal room, developing new works, using innovative ideas to push the limits of traditional theatre techniques, and giving young professionals opportunities to experiment and grow.

  • Erica Caruso - Development Director

    Erica Caruso has been performing since she was three years old. Growing up a Navy Brat, she has had the opportunity to perform all over the globe. She studied theatre at Millikin University in Illinois before returning home to Colorado to graduate from CU Boulder in 2021 with a B.S. in Strategic Communication. She is now pursuing her Masters in Arts and Culture Management at DU. As a plus size performer, Erica is driven by her passion for creating opportunities for diverse representation on stage. Erica’s goal is the inspire the next generation of artists to see beyond the current status quo and create art that reflects their lived experiences.

  • Kenggy Bravo - Marketing Director

    Kenggy (she/her) is a strategic mind with a proven track record in all things marketing. Her background includes: Theater promotion, social media, out-of-home marketing as well as content creation. Kenggy is passionate about storytelling, and is excited to help bring unique and dynamic stories to the forefront of the Denver theater scene.
